  • 1 can 8 oz crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup chopped pecans plus more for topping
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
