Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup whipping cream cold
  • 2 tablespoons pistachio cream or homemade pistachio paste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar honey, or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk any type — regular, oat, or almond

Method
 

Step 1: Chill the cream
  1. Cold ingredients make better foam. Pop your whipping cream and mixing bowl into the fridge for 10–15 minutes before starting.
Step 2: Mix the base
  1. In a small bowl or milk frother, combine whipping cream, pistachio cream, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Stir lightly to mix everything together.
Step 3: Froth until silky
  1. Using a handheld frother, whisk, or blender, whip the mixture for about 20–30 seconds until it turns slightly thick and creamy — not stiff like whipped cream, just frothy and smooth.
  2. You’ll know it’s ready when it looks silky and aromatic, and forms soft peaks that slowly sink back down.
Step 4: Pour it over your drink
  1. Now the fun part — pour your pistachio foam over iced coffee, cold brew, iced latte, or even iced matcha. Watch the foam swirl and mix into your drink.
