Add liquids
- Pour balsamic vinegar into a bowl or a mason jar.
Add flavor base
- Add honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and ground black pepper.
Whisk or shake
- Whisk while slowly adding sunflower oil

Taste and adjust
- If you want it sweeter → add a small amount of honey.
- If you want more depth → add a pinch of salt.
Chill before serving
- Place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- The flavors come together while chilling.
